A Debate on the Living Wage

In the fall of 2002, a third year law student at UCLA published an editorial in the student newspaper, The Docket, endorsing the proposed adoption of a higher minimum, or "living," wage in Santa Monica, CA.  Below is the student's editorial and my response to her article, which was published in The Docket a month later.
